Come try award winning mustard!!
Blackwater Mustard Co is located in rural New Hampshire, not too far from the Blackwater River, and their products are made with high quality ingredients that do not contain and emulsifiers or preservatives.
These mustards are some of the best in the world. Made in small batches to serve the community with almost a dozen different flavors.
Flavors range from Hot and Sweet to Cranberry mustard, and all mustards are gluten free except for the Chocolate Stout flavor.

Join us for our 10-Year Anniversary Benefit Gala - an evening of delicious food, good people, and the shared purpose that’s made this work possible. Held at the beautiful Colby-Hill Inn, the evening will feature seasonal fare from The Grazing Room and a heartfelt gathering in honor of the relationships, reciprocity, and resilience - the heart beet - that’s made it all possible.
You may know NOK VINO from our Sweet Beet events, in-store tastings, or the Sunapee Farmers Market - they now have their very own tasting room in Hooksett!

The sustainability of farming on land is a frequently discussed topic, while the sustainability of fishing locally might not be something that comes up as often. And because sustaining our waters are just as important as sustaining our land, we reached out to Denise at Coastline Seafood to learn more about the sustainability of bluefin tuna - a fish that can often bring up curiosities and questions regarding regulation and the future of our ecologically balanced oceans.

An update on this year’s growing season, based on weather!
There has been a slow maturing of almost every crop this year due to the lack of sunshine and too much rain. Even though our local farmers take precautionary approaches, like raised beds, knowing rain is a significant part of New England spring, this year’s weather has still had some pretty drastic effects on the land.
