Market Manager

The Market Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the market program’s annual plan and budget.

Primary duties involve: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the market, inventory management, maintaining communications with vendors, food access partners, customers, staff, and supervisors; record-keeping and reporting; leadership and personnel management, customer service, and any other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

  • Full time position

  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,000 (depending on experience)

Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the cafe’s annual plan and budget. They will oversee kitchen operations, prepare or coordinate the preparation of food, manage kitchen personnel, and spearhead creating menus and offerings in alignment with customer preferences and the KFH mission.

This means prioritizing locally produced, seasonal ingredients as well as preparing meals that are nutritious, healthful, and delicious.

The Bookkeeper is responsible for managing all aspects of KFH’s daily financial operations. The bookkeeper’s work directly enables the organization to serve its community by ensuring fiscal integrity.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-integrity bookkeeper to manage our daily financial operations. This person will be responsible for ensuring our financial records accurately reflect our mission-driven work, with a specific focus on fund accounting and grant compliance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both restricted and unrestricted funds and can clearly communicate financial health to non-finance staff.

  • Part-time position (10-20 hrs/wk)

  • Salary Range: $18-25/hr (depending on experience)
