Listen Local at the Café!
Saturday, September 5 | 11 AM–2 PM
Eat local. Shop local. Listen local.
The back-to-school season is here, and Labor Day weekend is a good excuse to slow things down for a bit. Grab a bite, meet up with friends, bring the family, or just come enjoy a little breather for yourself, with good food and live local music at Sweet Beet.
We’ll be joined by two local singer-songwriters throughout the day:
11 AM–12:30 PM | Vickie Branch
Vickie is an independent singer-songwriter blending folk and blues into soulful, authentic acoustic performances. Accompanied by her guitar, she shares original music alongside fresh interpretations of classic favorites that celebrate the moments that connect us all.
12:30–2 PM | Caboose
Caboose is the solo project and stage name of indie folk singer-songwriter John Mosley. With guitar and vocals, he performs original songs and his own takes on music ranging from Deer Tick, Josiah & The Bonnevilles, and Caamp to Justin Bieber, Chappell Roan, and Evan Honer.
And yes, Sweet Beet Café will be open! Grab breakfast or lunch, sip something good, browse the Market for all your weekend BBQ needs and more, and settle in for the music.
Come for a song or stay for the afternoon.
Support local musicians, eat local food, shop local,
and enjoy a little time together.
