Meet the changemakers strengthening New Hampshire's Food System.
You are warmly invited to Kearsarge Food Hub’s 5th Annual Love Local: Meeting the Moment event on November 6th from 6:30-8:00pm.
What makes this year’s Love Local event so special is we have an amazing group of leaders joining us for a panel discussion.
These are some of the leading minds in food and agriculture from across New Hampshire who are meeting the moment and adapting in real time as the food and agriculture landscape shifts and new challenges present themselves every day.
We'll hear directly from them about their work, the organizations they lead, and how we can all join them in meeting this moment through showing up and taking action one step at a time.
The Panelists:
- Laura Milliken, Executive Director of NH Hunger Solutions
- Nicole Cardwell, Director of NH Food Alliance
- Nikki Kolb, Director of NOFA-NH
- France Hahn, Director and cofounder of the Kearsarge Food Hub
Right now, there is so much going on in our bigger world that feels way out of our control. It’s easy to feel hopeless or overwhelmed by current events, leaving us wondering what the can we do to help or where should we even start??
That’s why this year’s theme, Love Local: Meeting the Moment, emphasizes the importance and power of collective action on the local level. We’ll examine the state of our food landscape here in NH and discover tangible ways to invest in a healthier, more equitable food future for everyone, leaving the event feeling informed, inspired, and equipped to build a joyful, food secure future where we all can thrive!______________________________________________________
