At the heart of our commercial kitchen, there is a bakery. Consistent fresh bread made with minimal ingredients is the goal. Beyond that, we experiment with other tasty treats and baked goodies, for fun and for special occasions.
Every Wednesday and Saturday we are cranking out baguettes, sourdough boules, and 5 grain loaves.
Other fun guest appearances include roasted potato boules or sweet potato bread, depending on what’s available.
Holidays & special occasions
Head baker Garrett loves to dream up specialty baked goods to provide that perfect finishing touch for a holiday or special occasion. Dinner rolls for Thanksgiving, pies for Christmas and chocolate eclairs for Valentine’s Day are great examples.
